Improving your relationship with SELF
TRY SOMETHING NEW
Not all presenting problems are created equally. Each person comes to therapy with their unique and diverse lens through which they see the world. I work with an emphasis on multi-cultural issues and family systems. It’s important to find a therapist that you feel comfortable with as change strongly depends on the client-therapist relationship. Start with a free 15-minute consultation to see if I’m the right fit for you.
FIND YOUR FIT
Too often we come to therapy wondering when we’ll start to feel better. With three styles of therapy to choose from, find the right fit for you and your individual goals.
