MIND

Examining your thoughts, habits and stories. I believe that therapy works because sharing our true selves with another trusted person is inherently healing. As we offer our truth to another without fear of rejection, we gain insight, notice patterns and find hope for change. How we tell our story determines how we move forward in life. It’s up to us to determine the story we want told and to gently leave the rest behind.


BODY

Integrating your thoughts with your behavior and felt experience. As our rational mind grows and logically understands our story, our bodies often lag behind, pulling us into old patterns of behavior. Stressful thoughts can not survive in a calm body. Mindfulness plays a key role in our therapy together— generating awareness for how your thoughts affect your somatic system. By integrating the mind and the body, we soothe anxiety, chronic pain and traumatic responses seen in our nervous system.


SPIRIT

Finding our place in the world through connection with ourselves, our community and the unseen world around us… as you understand it. Should it feel supportive to you, I’m here to explore life’s big questions and how we might work with them in our daily lives. Please note: I do not subscribe to any one religion nor do I require religious-affiliation of any kind for our work together.



1:1 Coaching

Solution-focused, goal-driven coaching on a mission to change. This motivational work is ideal for clients who are ready to let go of limiting beliefs, create a plan of action and make big changes.

 
 
 

WHAT IS COACHING?

If you’re looking for specific results, 1:1 coaching might be the right step for you. Coaching is less like talk-therapy and more results-driven. Sometimes we don’t want to explore our past— we’re focused on our future.

My hope is that I can be a trusted partner for you— someone who will gently hold you accountable and cheer you on while you work to turn your dreams into your reality.

Our possessions do more than decorate our homes and accentuate our waists... They speak to what we value, what our priorities are and how we see ourselves. Based on my work as a fashion editor of 15 years, this unique approach to therapy works with your material world as a tool for growth. When we align our inner world with our outer expression, we lead more meaningful lives.
