SPEAK it
It’s important to tell our story to a trusted person and to be reflected accurately. Clients often learn through processing thought and noticing patterns in their lives. I’m here to help you find the common threads of your experience.
FEEL it
Sometimes we seek therapy sick of our story— we’ve told it over and over and our rational minds are ready to move on. However, our nervous system takes time to settle and our bodies often move slower than our minds. I’m here to help you feel your way forward.
